📦 Shipping and Delivery Times

All our products are made to order : each item is printed and packaged after purchase , especially for you.
For this reason, delivery times include both production and shipping .

🛠️ Production times

Once your order is placed, products are printed and prepared on average within 2–7 working days .

🚚 Shipping times (from the end of production)

Italy & Europe : 3–8 working days

USA : 3–5 business days

International : 10–20 business days

📦 You will receive an email notification with the tracking code as soon as your order ships.

🌍 International shipping

We ship worldwide, using reliable couriers (such as DHL, GLS, FedEx, or local postal services), depending on the destination.

⚠️ In some cases, international shipments may be delayed due to customs checks or local disruptions, beyond our control.

Trackable Shipping : All orders are shipped with tracking.

Please double-check your address : orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be lost or returned. We are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries in these cases.

Multiple Items, Multiple Shipments : If you order multiple products, they may ship separately from different manufacturing centers.

Holidays and seasonal peaks (e.g. Christmas) may cause minor delays.

All our products are made to order , for this reason we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size errors or changes of mind.
If your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos attached. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
